Andres Fortun is a co-founder and owner of Title Squad.
As the founder of several other thriving title companies over his nearly 20 years in Real Estate, Andres brings a distinctive approach to title insurance and closing services by recognizing the unique needs and tastes of the markets each company serves.
As with his first company, A & A Title Services, the success of each of his companies has been distinctively driven by both his customer centric approach that puts the closing experience of each buyer and seller at the forefront of the closing process as well as selectively joining forces with extraordinarily passionate and accomplished partners in the industry.
With a dual major in Finance and International Business, Andres obtained his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, where he was a founding member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. Prior to his transition into real estate, Andres began his career in banking. In his 10 years in the banking sector, he acquired a lengthy list of accolades, including becoming the youngest Vice President in the company’s history at just 25 years of age. Earning the acclaim of Branch Manager of the Year his last year.
His hard work and unparalleled dedication to clients are apparent in the strong professional relationships and strategic partnerships he has established over the years. Together with his wife, Lauren, Andres dedicates all his free time to his beautiful children.
